Ashley officially joined the Full Circle Community in Spring, 2016. She has been a Massage Therapist since graduating in 2012, but says massage has always been a part of her life; she remembers giving family and friends massages at a young age! Ashley has said, “Healing touch brings a sense of purpose and joy to my life. Witnessing others feeling better is a great part of my job!”

Ashley received her degree at Miller Motte College in Cary, NC. During her studies she discovered and honed techniques and skills that would guide her toward therapeutic and medical massage.After completing school in 2012, Ashley was hired to provide massage at a Country Club Wellness Center. It was there that she worked beside a therapist who was skilled with Myofascial Release. Ashley quickly discovered this as being a great technique for the release of contracted muscles, as well as increasing circulation and blood flow. After receiving this additional hands on experience, she was able to help others with sport related issues such as tennis elbow or rotator cuff injuries.

Deep Tissue This is used to increase blood flow and release blocked tissues of the body. This therapy can be painful, make sure you speak to your therapist about any medical issues that may contraindicate deep tissue. +$10
Sugar/Salt Scrubs This therapy can be used on only the feet or full body wrap. This is perfect for stimulating the nervous system and exfoliating dead skin cells. +$5
Hot Stones Stones are more than just a simple massage. Ashley uses the stones to warm up the tissue while getting deep into the muscle to release knots! It is a great tool to use when thumbs aren’t enough. No additional fee.
Aromatherapy Our scent sensory can be a powerful tool for relaxation and pain management. Choose from a variety of quality essential oils to add to your massage lotion. +$7
