Having healthy relationships, specifically with ourselves can be challenging! Relationships are vital to the
emotional and mental health of all human beings especially the relationship with the self, as I believe it
holds both the wound and the cure. By using modern psychoanalysis and an attachment framework, I
am able to help navigate clients through their therapeutic journey, unlocking areas that are leaving them
stuck. This helps alleviate symptoms by creating a deeper understanding and meaning of self and the
world around the client, which in turn, leads individuals toward a more fulfilling life.
I graduated from Kean University, in New Jersey with a BS in Psychology. I then made the decision to
move to North Carolina to pursue my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Lenoir Rhyne
University where I received my MA December 2021. I am so excited to be a part of the Full Circle team!
