For more than two decades, I have dedicated my career to supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. Since 2001, I have worked as an Autism Specialist and Licensed Behavior Analyst, serving children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. My work has spanned homes, schools, communities, vocational programs, and independent-living settings, allowing me to develop a rich understanding of how neurodivergence shows up within real lives, real relationships, and real systems of support.
Over the years, I came to recognize that meaningful change rarely happens in isolation, it happens within relationships, families, and interconnected systems. This belief guided me to pursue a second graduate degree and earn my license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA). Today, I integrate my long-standing expertise in neurodiversity with a systemic, relational therapy approach that honors the full context of each client’s life.
My therapeutic work is grounded in Structural Family Therapy, Bowen Family Systems Theory, CBT-informed interventions, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused practices. I view clients through a holistic, strengths-based lens and strive to create a safe, affirming environment where individuals, couples, and families can explore patterns, strengthen relationships, and build new pathways toward connection and resilience.
I am passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals and their families navigate communication differences, emotional regulation challenges, identity development, and life transitions. I bring a neurodiversity-affirming, culturally responsive, and deeply collaborative stance to every session. My goal is always to empower clients to understand themselves more fully, reduce relational stress, and experience more clarity, compassion, and confidence in their daily lives.
Whether I am working with an individual seeking personal growth, a couple navigating communication patterns, or a family striving to better understand one another, I approach my role with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to the healing power of systemic change.
