Integrative Coaching
After years of working with adults in residential treatment, I learned quite a bit about the empowering (and power-full) benefits of peer support and coaching. Working along the lines of recovery focused and peer support coaching, I help clients find sustainable, growth provoking ways to lead their best lives. Often working alongside their therapist, I help support the more nitty-gritty, day to day challenges some people face. Whether due to depression, anxiety, trauma, ASD or simply because day to day life can be incredibly challenging, I seek to help find ways to make life more meaningful and purposeful. I've also discovered and seen first-hand the undeniable benefits of the asana and breath work practices of yoga. When appropriate, I love combining my love of yoga with Integrative Coaching!

A coach is kind of like a “personal trainer,” except the focus will be on your whole life! Any concern that gets in the way of taking care of living your best life is the perfect subject with which to begin coaching. Coaching, however, is not a replacement for psychotherapy,
