Finding Balance with Tai Chi
Tai Chi Chuan (or Tai Chi) is a slow series of sequential movements that combine physical flexibility and balance with mental concentration and relaxation. Increasingly, research studies are demonstrating the health and wellness benefits of tai chi. This class will be adapted to the needs, abilities and interests of the participants with the goal of teaching the entire form. This is a mental health and wellness focused version of Cheng Man Ching's Yang short form of Tai Chi Chuan.
