Therapy can be a space to pause, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and reconnect with yourself in a more grounded way. I want to help provide that space. I am a clinical mental health counseling intern who approaches therapy as a collaborative and supportive space where clients can feel seen and explore what is happening beneath the surface. My approach integrates existential and relational perspectives with mindfulness-based practices and DBT skills to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.
I am interested in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma-related stress, and life transitions.
I currently work as a psychiatric nurse, which informs my holistic and grounded approach to mental health care. In therapy, I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore uncertainty, reconnect with their values, and move toward meaningful change at their own pace.
