I am an art therapy intern passionate about fostering creativity, connection, and healing across all
stages of life. I bring previous experience working with individuals experiencing symptoms of
depression, anxiety, and trauma, and have worked extensively with all ages across public
schools, camps, and community settings. I am excited and honored to work with clients on their
wellness and healing journeys as I complete my master's degree in both licensed clinical mental
health counseling and art therapy at Antioch University.
Guided by a person-centered, eclectic approach, I weave together techniques from CBT, DBT,
solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to meet each client where they are.
Through art therapy, I invite clients to explore the parts of themselves that may feel hidden --
the feelings words can’t always capture, the stories waiting to be seen. Through creative
processes, I support clients in working towards their goals, including expressing what may be
difficult to put into words, coping with symptoms, building resilience, and increasing self-
awareness. I am committed to creating a compassionate, empowering space where each unique
journey is honored.
