I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern offering both in-person and virtual sessions. Life presents us with many challenges, and conditions like anxiety and depression can make it difficult to find joy in both big and small moments. By learning more about yourself and exploring how you respond to stressors, you can make more informed and meaningful choices moving forward. I believe that even our hardest moments can become opportunities for growth and resilience.
My therapeutic approach is strength-based, solution-focused, and systemic or relational, meaning I consider your relationships and environment as part of the healing process. I work collaboratively with clients to build on what’s already working while addressing real-life challenges. My style is integrative and holistic, drawing from person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), parts work, and mindfulness-informed practices. I bring authenticity, humor, directness, and warmth to sessions, supporting clients as they build confidence and create lasting change.
I welcome the opportunity to support individuals through life transitions, trauma, grief, career changes, addiction recovery, and the many emotional and relational challenges that come with being human. Together, we can work toward healing and growth so you can become the person you’ve always wanted to be. As Helen Keller once said: “What I am looking for is not out there, it is in me.”
