I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families cultivate strong, meaningful, and secure relationships. I strive to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their stories, patterns, and emotions with curiosity and care. My work is grounded in Attachment Theory and informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am especially interested in the connection between our nervous systems and subconscious patterns of interaction, and how this influence our relationships and sense of self. I believe that healing begins with understanding—not fixing—and that therapy is a process of reconnecting with one’s inner wisdom and capacity for growth.

In individual therapy, I support clients who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship changes, and personal growth. I help clients identify and shift the patterns that keep them stuck—often rooted in early attachment experiences or self-limiting beliefs—so they can move toward greater authenticity and self-acceptance. Together, we work to understand emotional triggers, strengthen self-compassion, and develop tools for nervous system regulation and mindful connection. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with who they truly want to be.

In couples therapy, I view the relationship itself as the client. Drawing from Gottman and EFT principles, I help partners move from patterns of conflict and disconnection toward emotional safety, empathy, and secure attachment. We focus on understanding underlying needs and fears, improving communication, and rebuilding trust through vulnerability and shared meaning. Whether couples are healing from betrayal, managing life transitions, or seeking to deepen intimacy, my approach emphasizes curiosity, kindness, and the belief that relationships can thrive when partners feel seen, valued, and understood.
