Contact Celeste

Hi there! I’m Celeste and I’m glad you’re here. I’m an experienced trauma therapist who has worked with adults, teens, tweens, and children since 2014. While I have a full range of experience, my focus at Full Circle is supporting children; helping them feel safe, understood, steady, and secure as they navigate big emotions and challenging situations in our increasingly challenging world.
I use trauma-informed care, creativity, expressive arts, mindfulness, play, and cognitive therapies to support children in building confidence and resilience. I also work closely with parents so the whole family can feel more grounded in secure connection and open communication. I often support children and families experiencing grief, loss of a loved one, medical trauma, anxiety, ADD/ ADHD, and relationship difficulties. I work very well with couples, including any type of coupling such as parent/child, siblings, or romantic partnerships, because I find honest communication and conflict with repair to be pathways to tremendous growth and insight. Many of the parents I work with are therapists themselves and find comfort in knowing their children are held in a safe, attuned space with a therapist who understands the nuance of trauma, developmental growth, and the power of play.
I bring a wealth of experience and have worked in schools, clinical, and private practice settings. I’m certified in EMDR, Reiki, and Rapid Resolution Therapy.  I’m committed to ongoing training and consultation, and I love learning and sharing what I’ve learned along the way. Currently, my Partner and I host the free meditation group for adults at Full Circle that meets weekly and focuses on mindfulness for daily living.
Most of my clients (children and adults alike) notice meaningful shifts in how they navigate personal growth, family dynamics, and relationships. They typically leave sessions feeling empowered, grounded, and more confident and secure in themselves and their connections with others.
I believe that as humans we all carry a deep well of wisdom and compassion within us, and that therapeutic relationships move us toward living from that natural place of clarity, ease and personal insight that can only come from within. Children, in particular, have a tremendous capacity to access and strengthen their connection to this wise and compassionate true self, which is why supporting them early can have such a lasting impact. If you’d like to talk about ways I can support you, your child, or your family, reach out. I’d love to hear from you.
