Ashley has been a Massage Therapist since 2012. She remembers at a young age massaging family and friends, it’s always been a part of her life. “Healing touch brings a sense of purpose and joy. Witnessing others feeling better is a great part of my job.” She got her degree at Miller Motte College in Cary, NC. During her studies she discovered techniques and skills that would further her towards therapeutic/medical massage.
After completing school she decided to provide massage at a country club wellness center. It was there that she worked beside another therapist who was skilled with Myofascial Release. This technique is great for release of contracted muscles, also increasing circulation and blood flow. She was able to help others with sport related issues including tennis elbow or rotator cuff injuries.
