Hello! I am working towards my LCMHC licensure and interning as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor here at Full Circle. I offer in-person and virtual sessions with children, adolescents, and adults.
I come to counseling with an academic background in Environmental Studies and Sociology, and care deeply about the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us. My academic background and over ten years of experience in child care have deepened my understanding of how to create space for all feelings and expressions of self while holding many truths. I bring a genuine care and curiosity for those I work with and believe therapy can be a space to deepen our understanding of ourselves and our needs.
I also seek to understand how systemic structures impact our emotional and psychological wellbeing. As a queer person with a multicultural identity, I am devoted to making space for multiplicity and multidimensionality in the therapeutic relationship.
I believe counseling to be a space of co-creation. Everybody comes to therapy with different stories and needs. In our sessions, I am committed to exploring these together and finding a way of relating that feels supportive to you, without judgment. Using a person-centered approach, our sessions can be a place of deep exploration, support, and uncovering. I believe transformation and growth are always possible, and I am honored to help others witness that in themselves.
