Finding Resilience Beyond Trauma: Women's Trauma Group
Group therapy provides a safe interpersonal space for individuals to learn, share and grow. There are many aspects of group therapy that make it a wonderful and effective compliment to individual work. This group will focus on learning and mutual support for women who have experienced trauma. This group meets weekly for an hour and a half. This is a closed group, meaning that new participants can only join at specific intervals and that attendance to the group is an important component of the process.

DARING GREATLY: Learning the Value of Vulnerability & the Power to Overcome Shame (based on the work on Brene Brown)
Group will cover the following topics:
✪ Defining & debunking the culture of scarcity
✪ Exploring the power of vulnerability
✪ Identifying & overcoming barriers to authenticity
✪ Exploring the epidemic & causes & forms of shame
✪ Learning how to develop shame resilience
Tuesday evenings 6:00-7:30. Runs for 10 Weeks beginning Tuesday February 7. Participants will read Brene Brown’s book, Daring Greatly. Therapeutic discussion & activities will be offered each week.
This will be a closed 10-week group and will be led by clinical psychologist, Sharon Young, PhD, who has 20+ years of experience in the field of mental health and co-facilitated by Lizzy Barmore.

Integrative Dual Recovery Group
IDR Group offers a holistic, trauma-informed recovery focus to address emotional/mental health and addiction challenges simultaneously. Surrounding these significant challenges is often a crisis of identity where the self has felt or become fragmented. Identifying and reintegrating forgotten, dismissed, and/or disowned aspects of self, The IDR Group and Workbook teach us how recovery from co-occurring disorders entails working toward reclaiming your identity to feel more whole. The workbook material is illustrated with vivid colorful images intended to enhance your interest and learning along your recovery journey.
IDR Groups include a curriculum as well as open process discussion. Members are required to have the IDR Workbook to participate and can expect to complete it as a part of this group. The cost online is $19.99 and onsite $25.00. The cost per group will be $25.00 per member. The first 30 minutes of each meeting will address specific information in the resource workbook which is intended to assist and enhance the dialogue in the open group discussion as members have shared understanding of important recovery concepts.
Life coaching may also be arranged at additional cost to better help you follow through with the specific recovery goals you identify along your recovery journey.
